Aerial Acrobatics

In this course we work with both flowiga combos and cool drops! It is simply a course for those who really want to test how it feels to fly. Acrobtics for Adults

Do you regret not taking up acrobatics when you were younger, more agile and braver? It is not to late! The course is aimed at those who want to try a new fun form of exercise where you get to feel like a real acrobat. Our beginner courses are designed to suit you who have never tried anything like this before. We work with different strength exercises to prepare the body for the different tricks you will learn. So don't hesitate to become the sky dancer you always dreamed of!

What is aerial acrobatics?

Aerial acrobatic is a form of training where you are challenged both physically and mentally. The training is carried out in a hammock, which is a long piece of fabric that hangs from one or two brackets from the ceiling. In these hammocks you can perform both so-called drops, where you fall a bit into the air in the fabric, and different trick/poser Does that sound scary? In our beginner courses you will learn all the techniques to perform these tricks, and then drop in higher levels, safely. If you have the courage, we have the knowledge. Levels

Aerial acrobatics Intro

A 4-week course for those who have never trained in Hammock before. We mix practice with theory so you get the best possible start on your training journey in hammock acrobatics. This is therefore a perfect chance to try it out before you book an entire course.

Fundamental

Here we start working on basic strength and body control, two important components when dealing with aerial acrobatics. The focus is to learn how to handle the hammock, build strength in both the body and hands but also endurance to be able to put together tricks we have learned into different combinations.

Intermediate

Now you have learned the basics, can invert from the floor and have enough strength to do some pull ups in the hammock. Here we continue to work with choppers and develop the basis for more difficult and longer combinations. Now we are also starting to work with flexibility, which is needed for a higher level.
