If you miss classes during your booked course, you can make them up. In order not to have too many changes of people in the classes, you can make up a maximum of 2 missed classes during the same period that your course is in progress, however only subject to space.
When you are absent, we would like you to tell us so that we can open up your place for someone else who wants to take over.
Should you become ill or injured during the course, we can freeze your remaining classes on submission of a medical certificate.
Read more about this under the BOOKING CONDITIONS tab in the menu.
Here are some recommendations for what you can wear to our classes.
All training in hammocks eg Aerial yoga & Aerial acrobatics
For your own comfort and safety, we recommend:
- Tight training clothes WITHOUT zippers or similar that can get stuck in the hammock.
- Long-sleeved clothing (or t-shirt that protects armpits, no tank tops or sports bras) and long pants.
All training on the Pole dance poles:
- Tight training clothes WITHOUT zippers or similar that can damage the bar.
- The choice of clothing also depends on which level you are going to, different recommendations are made. For our INTRO sessions, you can wear what you feel comfortable in, for example tights and a tank top/t-shirt.
Twerktastic:
- Loose fitting bottoms (hot pants/shorts or long pants don't matter) so the butt can move freely.
- Knee pads (available for rent in the studio in limited numbers)
- Optional if one wants indoor shoes or not.
Chair dance:
- Take something you feel comfortable in, for example a pair of sweatpants and a t-shirt or similar.
- We dance barefoot if nothing else is mentioned in the booking description.
Stretch:
- Something you can move freely in. Preferably long trousers and a sweater so you stay warm throughout the session.
- Socks can be good to be able to slide on the floor with the foot.
Now what do you think, are there rules about what you can't wear?
It sounds more serious than it is, we promise. To protect our hammocks, poles and other equipment and above all you, it is important that you remove jewelry and do not wear clothing with zippers or other sharp objects. This also applies to pointed nails (it is recommended to file them carefully).
Regardless of which course or class you attend, we recommend that you bring a water bottle with you. Although we don't always drink during the session, it is important to drink before and after to cleanse the body and restore the fluid balance.
If something specific is to be brought to class, your instructor will let you know in advance.
