Chair dance
Sassy, classy with a lot of edgy. That´s how we would describe this lovely dance class which is full of beautiful lines and effective poses.
No prior knowledge is required for this course.
Heels Fundamental är ingången. Här bygger du grunderna: hur du går, vänder och står i klackar, och hur du för över det du redan kan från poledance till skorna. Waves, clockwork, kips och clacks vävs samman i koreografi. Klassen ger dig den grund du behöver för att sedan gå vidare till Heels Heat eller Heels Hazard.
Förkunskaper: Avslutad grundkurs i poledance. Du ska behärska moment som pirouetter, fireman, backhook, klättring och polesit.
Heels Heat tar dig vidare med fokus på sensualitet och flow. Längre sekvenser, mjuka transitions och arbete med linjer och närvaro. Klassen kombinerar teknik med koreografi, där rörelsekvalitet och närvaro står i centrum.
Förkunskaper: Avslutad Heels Fundamental eller motsvarande. Du ska vara trygg i pull-ups och invert, samt ha en grund i handstående eller huvudstående med pole.
Heels Hazard går åt andra hållet, kraft, attityd och explosivitet. Kips, flippar, drops och klackar som möter golvet med precision. Klassen kombinerar teknik med koreografi, där dynamik och uttryck står i centrum.
Förkunskaper: Avslutad Heels Fundamental eller motsvarande. Du ska vara trygg i pull-ups och invert, samt ha en grund i handstående eller huvudstående med pole.

Choreography with chair as accessory...
and you as the center! We love chair dance and think you will join in when we introduce it to you. Just like in a regular dance class, you will work with a few movement patterns from the beginning which we then build on for each occasion, until we create one. full choreography. We promise it will be sweaty but lovely and very liberating for both body and soul.
