Active flexibility

for dancers & aerialists

Stretch with a focus on strength for a sustainable body. This is a course that is perfect for those who dance, practice pole dance or any form of Aerial training, but also for those who just want to become more mobile. It therefore suits most people who have a goal of becoming more mobile.

We work with different equipment in each class, such as Yoga blocks and straps, but also chairs and aerial hammocks when necessary to maximize your training. It also makes our stretching classes creative and fun in a way you may never have stretched before. We mix active and passive stretch, pilates and barre exercises with a focus on different body parts in each class, for example: frton split and shoulders/back or middle splits and shoulders/back.

Active flexibility replaces our previous stretch course.
