Aerial & Pole in Norrköping

Welcome to a training studio for both body and soul. IVY opened its doors in the fall of 2020 as a start-up company but with many years of experience and expertise in training and movement in various ways. Here you can safely train in a cozy environment with lots of joy.

The focus is mainly on adult courses in Aerial yoga, Pole dance, dance, stretch & strength classes in a aerial hammock & Aerial hoop, Twerk and Chair dance. We also accept hen parties and other events.
